This will put you on the lower level where you can access the show location by navigating through the hallway toward the front of the building. We can use luggage dollies supplied by the hotel or you can use your own dolly and avoid having to wait for availability. All dealers must be set up by Friday 5:00 PM for our convention registered members only preview that evening. The preview ends at 6:30 PM. 9. Collector's Corner has been added for members who might have a dozen or so pots that they want to sell. Set up would be with other dealers on Friday. You will have a 4' space, sharing a 8' table with another member. You can set up at your leisure and leave to attend scheduled lectures and activities during set up time. We maintain controlled access to the room so your items will be safe. You would have to be in your space during the member preview on Friday.
