FAKE Teco

 

Note the clean base (not gloppy as normal and different color than glaze) - note the ODDINC mark???  Although the shape is seemingly good, the glaze may be too smooth.  Pacific Northwest area auction

Too light in weight. Surface too rough and grainy.  Wrong clay color.  Wrong bottom ring.  Though Teco is often double marked, as seen in these fakes the line of the "T" is too long.
